||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this because another product from Best Buy broke within 30 days and they refused to replace it and I was desperate for one as I had a big trip the next day. It had good reviews online but the moment I got it I realized it wouldn’t work. It has a ball on the back so you can move it in different directions but the way the ball is connected to the back is in 2 seperate pieces so it means it’s not strong enough to stay together. The front that holds your phone is fine and the back that connects to your car is fine but they won’t stay together. I have an iPhone 8 (not plus) and it can’t hold my phone up, when I put my phone in the holder the entire front immediately falls by my feet making and if it is able to hold it, it can’t hold it up so the phone hangs at a downward angle making it hard to see. Overall I simply can’t use it, huge waste of money.
