Initially the unit charges nicely but gets a little warm. After awhile though the unit loses the ability to stay on and will constantly fall off due to the poor quality rubber/adhesive that they use.

The only problem I’m having which might not even be a problem with the actual item is that my phone over heats. I’m not sure if it’s the position that I installed the mount on my dash and maybe the sun is heating it up too much or maybe the actually charger is over heating my iPhone X. Other than that it does the job.
