Great holder for my phone, works great for note 8!

I have an iPhone X and this holder seems to charge my phone very slowly. When I use the navigation app I feel like the charger can’t keep up with the increase in power consumption

The holder works great for holding your phone, but that's about it. It will sometimes charge but doesn't actually charge my phone. It keeps the battery at the same percentage when it wants to work. I have tried moving my phone around, taking off the case, everything. I have just reverted to having it hold my phone and just plugging in my normal charger that I have hooked up to a power inverter. Not worth the $50 should just buy a different phone holder that doesn't advertise fast charging, that way it can be cheaper.

I purchased this charger for my car and have it mounted on the middle console. Today, I set my phone in the charger and the arm on the left just snapped off. It isn't fixable since it broke right at the base of the arm. Will not purchase this brand again. I expect a charger for $50 to not break from normal use. The charging function was good and when it became too warm, it would shut off so it didn't overheat.

This product seems like a good way to dock your phone while wirelessly charging it, but the sad truth it only does one of those well. The issue is that wirelessly charging your phone gets the phone itself really hot to the point where the charging needs to pause to cool down. It's especially problematic in the summer time when your vehicle is hot to begin with. It would be best to get a regular dock, which is a lot cheaper, and charge it with a cable. I might be able to get the full use of it in the winter time. My phone is a Note 8.

You need just the right dash for this charger. It would interfere with my controls on my truck. Plus my dash is rounded and not perfectly flat so it would not fit.

It doesn't work well with the Otter box defender case for Samsung Note 9. Had to remove bottom piece and if I want it to charge I have to remove rubber outside protection.

Need to put the disc on dash because just suction cup didn’t work although very sticky. I didn’t want one use permanent disc on the dash for obvious reasons.

This may be my last time with iOttie. It's April 11 2019 right now. I bought this July 2018. The bottom plastic clip just snapped off last night. Just bent itself back. This thing literally didn't last one year. The wireless charging was always inconsistent. And when it didn't work it was WAY annoying because you'd get the back and forth notification with your phone that it was on it was off. But the quality with it breaking like that-That was the worst.

I have had one of these before. The wings broke off just after a year. I had to re-buy because there are no other wireless chargers like this.

Strong phone holder! But the phone holder arm is too short from glass window that my phones ends up burning hot afterwards from the sun...

It doesn't stick to my dash and doesn't charge my phone reliably. I'm returning it.
