It’s a good holder but the suction cup is super sticky and hard to remove

Bought this based on reviews but is not good. It stops charging very often

I like the design. It grips my phone good enough to not fall when I hit bumps. the charging is the tricky part. First its the height, getting that takes some work. Then you have to play with it to charge with the case on. Just not something I was willing to play with EVERY TIME I get in the car.

The mount itself was excellent. It will stick to nearly any surface and can be adjusted to nearly any angle you want with the various knobs. The wireless charging feature however, was a but more challenging. I was trying to charge my Samsung Galaxy S8, I followed the instructions about phone placement and it took forever to find the perfect spot to initiate charging. Even when I did find the perfect positioning, it would only slow charge and it constantly disconnected. I tried to use it for 48hrs and finally had to return it.

Works ok but I'm unable to remove it from car window.

This product is a great idea but doesnt work. Its to top heavy, so falls over everytime i make a turn, doesnt "full charge" it just stays at the battery amount it was before its mounted. I will return this product. Also when i requested a recept via email, never recieved

This is a poor purchase. The wireless charging works poorly if at all with a protective cover on your phone. The cover isn't metal or of a nature to block the charge signal, it just has such a short charge range it is no longer close enough. It also may require a ridiculously large, round charge receiver to be attached to your phone which may well be wider than your phone is. It also doesn't do a very good job of holding a phone with a case on it. Many times my S9+ was dropped by the holder. I had to just suck up the loss and get a better holder as this just was fairly useless.

Bought for new truck It holds the phone well however the charger doesnt charge consistently. I have a new iphone and if it does connect to charge its at a very slow rate. Returning for just a regular holder

This item nicely grabs the phone. Sadly though the weight of the phone pulls the base right off the dashboard. Nothing short of superglue got this device to stay attached to the dashboard. It was returned.

I must have had this item for about 3 months before the one of the hinges of the phone holder broke. Haven't used it since. My suggestion, do more research for something sturdy.

The phone HAS to be in a specific area on the thing and we have a thicker case on the phone and it doesn't charge. Frustrating

Held the phone great. Unfortunately I had to return it because it would not charge for very long. It would charge for a few seconds then quit charging for 5 minutes and then charge again for a few seconds

Fast charging doesn't work half the time, worked fine for a few months now it takes unplugging occasionally to get fast charging enabled save your money

Was told it would work with otter box. NOPE!! Too much of a hassle to keep taking my iPhone out of the case just to charge my phone. I think associates should have better knowledge of products.

This does exactly what it needs to but the design of the clamps means it has no resistance to the force that is incurred when it clips down on a phone. I have had two of these break so far.

After 2 weeks STOPPED STICKING ! Went on internet , and tried EVERYTHING POSTED ….. CAN'T GIVE IT ANYTHING BUT ONE STAR !!!!!!!! DON'T TRY IT

Bought this for my wife a couple of weeks ago and installed the suction cap to the dash which was snug and felt good up there. Then tried to attach the back panel that holds the phone to the ball socket and the back just falls out and that’s with no phone on it. The ball socket is supposed to fit very snug so that the phone can be moved around and this holder was either defective or is missing something. Tried to take it back to Bestbuy and was told the return window was Sep 10. Awful and very unhappy customer

This product worked well for a few weeks and once the warmer days came around it would have trouble staying stuck to the dashboard.

Slow to charge but convenient. A piece of the clamp broke off after just over a year of use. For $60 idowctes more than a year of use. Now it’s physically useless.
