The good: Was great to hold phone in place. Able to hold new Note 10+ without difficulty. A little shaky over bumps , but not overly so. The bad: Totally did not do it's main job of charging my phone. It appeared not to be able to find the battery, no matter where I put the phone, and this was without a case. The same thing when I tried my Note 8...it did not find the battery to charge, no matter how or where I placed thephone. I would buy the iOttie without the charger at half the cost.

When I put my Samsung Note to charge..it does not connect well. So it will charge, then stop, charge, then stop, charge, then stop. I paid over $50 for this.

Charing function stops working after 2 weeks--tried various chargers and micro usb cables but only got red blinks. Also check reviews on Amazon and got a lot similar responses--Just buy their phone holder, not the one with wireless charging CAUSE this poop will let you down without a doubt.

Works great when it stays glued. Wouldn’t stay suctioned or with the optional disk & glue pad to my 2015 Nissan Altima dashboard so I haven’t been able to use it.

not happy at all , it does the job ... sometimes... very glitchy , buy something else, I would return it but unfortunately I trowed away package and can't do this

Sometimes it charges other times it drains my battery, the sticky won’t stay sticky for long.

This has a good idea but the nut that keeps it from bending would not tighten. Which means it would not hold the weight and angle of the phone. Disappointed

Returned does not stick to dash fell off while driving and got stuck under my break almost caused an accident

I bought this as a replacement to my Samsung wireless charger that wasn't a fast charger and didn't work with the case on my phone. The plug was very sensitive in the lighter. And the placement of the phone was also very picky. It would constantly lose connection and stop charging.

I really liked this at first but it wore out really fast and my phone keeps falling out of it. I'm very disappointed at the quality.

Mount is perfect and wireless is awesome but overheat and it doesnt work anymore. Too short to use it.

Says it works for 8plus but it doesn’t, or at least it wouldn’t work for ours! Tried iPhone 8 and worked like a champ. Returned.

This was one of the worst purchases I've ever made. I returned it a few days later. The "fast wireless charging" was extremely slow and only charged my battery by 2% in 30 minutes of driving. It would heat up my phone tremendously to where my phone would have to pause charging to avoid overheating. Even when I moved this dash/window mount off the window and into the shade below the dash, this was still an issue.

I don’t like that I have to take my phone out of its case just to use the wireless charging feature. Not worth what I paid for it.

Suction cup melts onto windshield when hot. Easy to make adjustments.

Charger is not working. If it’s just for mount phone can buy much cheaper and durable.

The charger works well but the cord is cheap and flimsy I’ve already replaced the cord twice from it bending and breaking

Did not charge my phone (S8). I did adjust the positioning and it still did not work. Good return policy though so no issues.

Charged well, but could not get it stick anywhere on my dashboard. I returned it.
