When I placed my iPhone in the mount for a 20min drive home, it was near the point of shutting down through the heat-protection feature the iPhone has, Don't buy this as it'll overheat your phone and likely reduce the functional lifetime of your phone.

Very cheap plastic, phone will shake with the road. (even when tightened all the way) I have the iPhone XS Max, this charger will not increase the battery percentage if The phone display is on while charging. (navigation, music, etc) The display has to be off for it to charge. Even then, it is very slow to charge. Way faster to charge with a cable. Pretty disappointed

Bought this to keep from plugging up my remotes, but not a real good setup. Hard to tell if charging etc.

Works great as long as you don’t use an otter box defender on your iPhone.

Bought for my wife to do ridesharing. It broke after a month of use. Should be made better.

First one of the arms broke after setting my phone in the cradle. The manufacturer sent me a replacement that took over 2-weeks (pre-COVID) and now the suction lock broke. I don't want to deal with the hassle. I just wont buy another one in the future.

The part that chager your phone stop working after a mouth have it

The mount comes unstuck from the weight of a phone. You can’t use the feature that allows you to extend the reach of your phone because it falls off the mount immediately. Even when not extended it falls, just slower. There is no surface of a car that will hold this mount in place. I may end up super glueing it to the base.

Doesn't hold. Leos falling and does not charge as fast as advertised

Don't buy it it just heat your phone up to wear a temperature too hot to charge wait for your phone to cool down to put it back on there does it again and it pauses the whole time just wireless charging pause wireless charging paused what a freaking nightmare I'm throwing it in the garbage do not buy it is junk

We all have a cover for our phones and it will not charge with it on.

after seeing it online i decided to buy it and give it a try, i bought both the one touch and the auto sense for my note 10, after trying it for about 3 weeks i was very dissapointed because all it does is overheat my phone and not really charge it. i returned it and wont be using it again.

The charging feature may be a problem if the phone is prone to getting hot

While driving it would charge and then not charge, no solid contact to base.

Won't charge through phone case while other chargers will.

It overheated the phone more than it charged it. I adjusted the placement and turned on the defrost to blow cold and it still did it. I believe the version of this without wireless charging is amazing because the Mount itself is great. I’ll stick with the wires until I’m sure my phone won’t explode.

Disappointing Flimsy design. Long tangled cord. Not build for modern day large cell phones. Does not stay mounted on anything. Arm is too weak for support Note 10! Cheap plastic Not made for frequent use. Waste of time trying to make it work.
