    It's pretty good but I would like the knob in the back of the device to be tighter and keep it in place better.

    Doesn’t really stick on the dash and the insert that you slide in the vent, falls out of the vent. So doesn’t really work well but when you can get it to stick to your dash or stay in the vent, it’s a nice addition to the car.

      Hello Chozn2, thank you for your feedback, we are sorry to hear of the trouble with adhesion. Our dash mounts are designed to hold the largest phones and cases on the market, so this is not the performance we expect. If your dashboard is heavily textured or curved, it may not be compatible, in which case we can provide an alternative base. Our vent mounts are compatible with most air vents that are flat, smooth, and sturdy, so we would like to know more about any issues you may be facing with the vent grips. We would like to determine whether the air vent slats are suitable to mount your phone and case combination securely, or if there is an alternative base that is better suited for the make and model of your car. We do have an updated air vent attachment, that may help to resolve any possible issues.     This does not stick well to the surface and is a mess when trying to remove it. I know it also comes with a vent clip but that doesn’t work either. Cheaply built in my opinion.
