Weight of phone makes car vent face down. Sometimes locks up making difficult to get phone out. I have a Toyota RAV4… not many options of phone holders out there- this car model has minimal space for any other kind of mount and can’t use dashboard as the heat of sun shuts phone off.

Excellent phone holder for car!

It does not fall off its perch and it holds my phone securely. I have used it for years and love it. I just purchased this second one for my husband. It is an excellent product.

best cell phone mounting device

After using it for 2 yrs and quite often Best Buy did not have it in stock at my store (this particular one it glues on the daskboard--have not tried the others) i finally found 2 more and bought them for all of my cars.

Clip on works stick on does not

It was a little difficult to attach to the A.C. vent, but once it was installed, it held my phone securely in the holder. I was able to rotate the mount, so I could easily see the screen. I recommend it.

It works, but...

They seem to be an invitation for damaging/breaking vents. I decided to try this one because the iOttie windshield mount I have just sits too far away when mounted in our minivan. This vent clip is much handier, but it likes to become detached, and I still feel like we're putting a lot of stress on the vent.
