Hard to tighten

Owned for 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Blades that attach to the vent are a little hard to get onto your vent because they are very close together but this does make a tighter fit. The issue is tightening the adjuster, it is basically a round dial which is hard to tighten down by hand. Once tightened as much as I could by hand the units position slips a little on the vent with a phone in the holder. The slippage isn’t enough to have the whole thing fall off though as of yet. Using a tool to tighten the adjuster may solve the whole issue but I’m not sure if that would be a good idea or not.
