Fantastic mount

Charging works great on my Samsung note10 and s21 ultra. The side grips automatically open when you put your device in front of it and release when you hit the buttons on the side.

My phone often ends up on the floor (can you say safety hazard) in the middle of a conversation. Thinking it could be the vents in the car, I did try it in someone else's car with similar results.

Works If You Have The Right Vent Style

The top louver is further away from the bottom. When the phone is in the holder it slowly pulls away from the louver because the bottom carries all the weight. This might work better on vertical louvers or on vents that are perpendicular and not angled.

Purchased a better 17mm ball mount elsewhere. Mounted in truck and works great. New ball mount I purchased is much stiffer than the included one.
