I’ve had to constantly tighten it, if I try to adjust in any way it wants to come off the vent pretty easily and I have to push it back on. It’s difficult to get the phone into the cradle, truly takes both hands. 2-stars is generous.

Don’t buy it

May not be compatible with all car models

Unless you have a car where the vents allow you to fully insert the mount all the way in, I'd look for another mount.

Easily falls off vent

I found the clips to be cumbersome, and it would often fall off the a/c vent. After few uses I threw it away, and purchased the magentic mode. I read the instructions, and tried multiple times to set this up properly, but same result.

This is only good for cold weather! Once it’s summer the sticker will melt and it’s useless. They should say it is for seasonal only so it will not have miss communication on buying this item. best manager can’t even help when I tried to return it.
