At first glance: pretty cool - has issues in use

But when I unpacked it and put it in my CD player, I realized it was only good for a stationary holder. Using a cell phone also mean pressing buttons, and sometimes, you need it pick it up and hold it. That is a two-hands operation. I found it awkward. It DID hold the phione securely however.

CD Mount phone holder (car)

It took a minute to figure out how to engage the lock on the "cd" part of the holder, and i was afraid i was going to break my car's cd slot at first, but it worked very well, and i would have preferred this one if my car's design had allowed me to.

I had to mount the cd base upside down for it to stay up. This also made it hit my shifter going in and out of park. Aside from the mounting position issue, its pretty quick at placing and removing the phone.
