Posted .Hi Lana, can you please explain further or contact iOttie customer service? It could be a cradle knob issue or a CD mount issue. Your product should have come with a black square bracket included in the packaging. This will help stabilize the mount itself from moving around in the CD player.

Doesn’t work for me

Difficult to position phone in order to see screen

However, my Samsung S22 Plus keeps falling forward so that I can't see the screen. The phone won't stay upright. If there is a way to tighten the connection, I can't find it. The instructions I received don't address this issue unless I'm overlooking them. This is my reason for not recommending the product.

Great design, a little wierd getting used to
