Unfortunately case & phone slipped out of the cd slot due to the weight of the phone & Otter Box Defender case. Returned it and bought a PanaVise PortaGrip phone holder

Our vent mounts are compatible with most air vents that are flat, smooth, and sturdy, so we would like to know more about any issues you may be facing with the vent grips. We would like to determine whether the air vent slats are suitable to mount your phone and case combination securely, or if there is an alternative base that is better suited for the make and model of your car. Not for all cars

It fits perfectly in my toyota vehicles but in my new Lexus it does not stay in the CD player. The insert is too short.

Floppy

The only issue is that it’s floppy. Going over bumpy roads, or you have a lifted truck or a dropped car, the phone flops up and down. Have to return.
