I have been using it for a while now and it has held my phone very well. It is very sturdy and does not easily fall off/unstick from where it is mounted. The grip isn't very strong, so bumpy roads walk the device out. My phone has fallen out a handful of times when the roads have gotten rough. The suction cup has stayed strongly attached to my windshield though. The bottom extends to accommodate the height of your phone with spring loaded internal gears that are plastic. After a year of use, the gear jammed and exploded out the back. It's still usable, but the bottom fork no longer functions and is stuck in place.
