I had purchased two as gifts and one for myself. I have a toyota rav4 2018 and couldn't use the dash mount because of the dashboard being slightly curved so I have to use the windshield. I have not had any issues thus far. It's sturdy and comes in handy for hands free calls. The people I purchased for as gifts also had no issues putting it together and have had no complaints.

I like the fact that this style can be installed on the dash or you can use the suction cup to mount it on the inside of your windshield. My daughter also has the same style and she has recommended it to her friends who have also purchased it and been very happy with it.
