Too many parts

So many parts fell out of the box that I just couldn't bring myself to assemble them. I'm not dumb and I'm not lazy, but geez a phone port should not be this complicated!

Posted .Hi SavageMom, I am sorry that you have had a negative experience thus far. I understand that unfamiliarity with a product can be overwhelming. There are really 4 compartments: the cradle, the cradle knob, the dashboard base, and the telescopic/pivot screw and bolt.These parts are important so that the product can perform at its best. Hope you will give us another chance someday.

I would make sure you clean very well so the glue substance can bond to get the best grip possible. Also I held it down for close to five minutes when I placed it, then I went to bed so I’d say that would also get you the best results if you have a big/heavy phone 10/10 would get this again
