I have a new phone and the magnet wasn't strong enough to hold it without the case off. I decided to get this one and I love it. It holds me phone and is very secure.

Have been looking for a cell phone car holder that actually stays on the dashboard and doesn't fall off. Had a few issues with this one initially staying and not falling off while I was driving. We'll see how it holds up to the NC sun

Great except the screw that holds the phone up breaks easily

The item is good because there is no holding the phone and you can hear the person you talk to well. You can use it for video chatting in the car, but I would recommend sitting still and not moving while using this for safety reasons.

Solid iPhone mount, I have two one for my mustang and one for my Jeep and it fits great in both cars. The one-hand auto clamping feature is a great touch. Great value for the price.

This item has been purchased before, and it works well, just dont leave it on your windshield during 110○ weather because the plastic suction will melt.

The iOttie is a very solid and versatile car mount. I have tried a few others but none could give me what I wanted, A solid base for Phone and Camera. I have a Volvo S60 and the dash is curved and so I mounted the iOttie on the wind shield it worked fine for Phone and OK

It does what it needs to do and hold my phone in place. The magnetic wire holder fell off after a day so that thing was junk. I don't like that the small arms on the bottom are so close together. It can make it a little difficult to put in the cradle when phone is plugged and you are not physically looking at it when you drop in cradle. The button that engages the clamp is pretty sensitive and engages when your still trying to drop it in cradle and have not really centered it up. Phone does bounce around a little and not totally rigid but I haven't found a phone holder that doesn't so that yet. Feels a little cheap because everything is plastic. It does come with one small flat plastic plate that you can stick on your dash and that's it. I don't know why they can't add a couple of these small plates. Once you pull it off the tape is pretty much useless at that point. fortunately I did not have to use it since I was lucky enough to find a place the suction cup worked.
