    The young man that helped me was professional helpful and he took his time explaining things about different products (It isn't always easy explaining products to an 80 year old person).

    this mount for the car is a great idea. Convenient and easy to see the gps while in the car. Also great for answering phone calls while driving. A nice addition to our car!

    I like it the only problem I had with it is when it was really cold inside my car when I attach my phone to the holder. It's close slowly. Maybe it's just me.

    This is the first cellphone holder that I have ever bought and used. Having said that I think that this more designed for newer vehicles. My vehicle is a 2005 GMC Envoy with a long sloping front windshield that make you extend out the holder completely for it to fit my iPhone 12Pro Max in a relatively suitable position for me. So far it has worked out on its first initial use of a 7.5 hour drive without any issues. It holds my big iPhone fairly well.

    So far so good. I am thinking that over time it will loosen up and wiggle around a bit. Its already in need of tightening up but hopefully it gets the job done. I am a Lyft driver.
