Very sturdy! Holds my husbands phone in his work truck with no issues.

Regretted buying this because it is not strong for driving too.

The product snaps on easily and is designed to fit virtually any phone. It's a bit tedious getting it in and out, however. For what you get, it probably should've been a little cheaper.

I wasn't as impressed with it as I thought. It blocks my view when mounted on windshield.

Unfortunately, this iOttie mount was a complete waste of time and money. I purchased this in January. When I went to install it I realized that the instructions state that it should only be installed over certain temperatures. I considered taking it back with plans to buy when it warms up but Best Buy's new and terrible return policy (which I wasn't aware had changed) mean that I was outside of the short 15 day window for returns. Thus I kept the iOttie until it warmed up. fast forward to now, I pulled it out of the box for the first time to use on a road trip. Followed the instructions exactly and installed it on my dash. Put my phone on and was pleased by how it looked and functioned. We began to drive and within 60 seconds the entire device fell off. Not just the phone (which would have been bad enough) but the entire stand. The suction cup couldn't hold the device in place. Turned around and began the process of reinstalling the iOttie. Once done I left the phone out of it and we began to drive. Even without the phone, the entire thing broke apart. I don't know if mine was just faulty but I definitely wouldn't recommend using it to protect your expensive phone. Best Buy was zero help of course. I am going to contact the manufacturer and hopefully can get a resolution. I will update once I do.

Does not hold a phone with a case on and gas fallen off twice

I have not successfully secured the devise to my mirror. It might work perfectly but I feel it should be easier to attach for non handy persons like myself

Used it for one day and it came off the dash board. Call Best Buy and ask them to return but their policy would not allow me to return after 14 days even the product did not do what it supposed to do. Never buy anything from Best Buy again!

It was hard finding somewhere to place this so that it wasn’t in my way. I like it, but do not like where I ended up having to put it in my car.

The base plate does not stick very well on the dash in certain vehicles, which could cause your phone to fall, but other than that the product works very well. I love this product.

It Holds all sizes of phone well! But the only problem is that every time you want to use it the sides close so fast that it might harm your phone on the long use.

A lot of good features, would rate as 5 stars except the suction cup has a super sticky adhesive. I had to pry it off when I put it on the first time. Why a suction cup plus adhesive?

I don’t suggest this is you have a newer iPhone that might be heavier. It stays in place at the lowest setting but if you try to elevate the arm more it does not stay in place.

This was really the best phone holder I have ever found.

It hold the phone like your hand solid catch, no shacking

Looks good but a little weak in the grip for big phones like the A53. Also a little tricky to open it to place pnoe inside the grips.

Needed this for my Jeep Wrangler. Works perfectly.

They All Suck. Need a windshield mount that doesn’t fall off.
