Not a good handsfree holder

It’s not made for warmer climates. It’s not really a suction cup, it’s some sort of adhesive soft plastic to stick to the hard plastic but it doesn’t hold. Do not recommend buying.

Titles are cringe

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Got this for my Chevy K1500 so I didn't have to worry about my S21 Ultra going flying into my floor mounted shift stick or somewhere in the cabin when having to stop suddenly, it's base is pretty well adhered to my dash and doesn't budge while keeping my phone locked in place snuggly.

But you definitely get what you pay for. Doesn't hold my phone up at all. Had to use string and glue to get it to hold my phone upright

Tried to return it you guys wouldn't take it back cuz I took it out of the package it literally took off some of my Dash on my van what it went to put my phone on it tore my dash off of my van.

If your dashboard is textured or curved, it may not be compatible, in which case we would recommend mounting it to the windshield. difficulty with the set-up of the wine-cooler

The wine cooler arrived about a week later. Unpacking and initial set-up went okay, but we were unable to activate the interior light and found the controls to adjust the temperatures were not at all "user-friendly" email interaction with the manufacturer did not prove to be of assistance leading to frustration with the product

Waste of money

Birthday happened to be on day 14 after purchase. Item fell off dashboard within 5 minutes after install while driving down the road. Attempted to return item on day 15 and Best buy refused to refund or provide in-store credit. Huge waste of money. be very careful buying anything from Best buy.

Thank you for sharing your experience and valuable feedback. We are sorry to hear the muting base will not maintain a secure hold. The suction cup will usually adhere to most windshields easily due to the smooth surface, whereas the effectiveness of the mount on the dashboard can vary slightly, depending on how much texture or curvature there is. We would like to determine the possible cause and provide an immediate solution. Our 2-year warranty covers performance related defects, should this be the case.

Simple and effective design

After 2+ years, the plastic finally fatigued and broke, but i liked the design so well i purchased this version and simply use my own charger with it.
