Piece of garbage!

Call Best Buy and ask them to return but their policy would not allow me to return after 14 days even the product did not do what it supposed to do. Never buy anything from Best Buy again!

OK but kind of violent

difficulty with the set-up of the wine-cooler

The wine cooler arrived about a week later. Unpacking and initial set-up went okay, but we were unable to activate the interior light and found the controls to adjust the temperatures were not at all "user-friendly" email interaction with the manufacturer did not prove to be of assistance leading to frustration with the product

Simple and effective design

After 2+ years, the plastic finally fatigued and broke, but i liked the design so well i purchased this version and simply use my own charger with it.

Waste of money.

Thank you for sharing your experience and valuable feedback. We are sorry to hear the muting base will not maintain a secure hold. The suction cup will usually adhere to most windshields easily due to the smooth surface, whereas the effectiveness of the mount on the dashboard can vary slightly, depending on how much texture or curvature there is.
