Don’t Waste Your Money

I would suggest getting the model with flexible arm with more range of motion.

Falls apart as soon as I put my phone in

I really don't understand how so many people love this so much because I can't put my phone in it without the dang thing falling apart. The ball mount makes it easy to adjust the positioning; however, the socket part that attaches to the ball is way too loose and the instant I put my phone in the mount it falls apart. I was really hopeful for a good dash mount as the windsheild mount I have and love doesn't stick in sub-zero temps...unfortunately this was not the answer.

Look for something else

Posted .Hi there! Did you follow the steps to install the device? Unfortunately, without cleaning the debris off the dashboard or windshield, the strength of the suction cup. Also please note that if you have a leather dashboards, we recommend using the windshield instead. Hope this helps.

Melted suction cup, very hazardous

My phone fell off the dashboard multiple times which is so incredibly dangerous. This can cause accidents. I ordered a replacement suction cup and that also melted immediately. The product went straight into the garbage. I do not recommend this at all.

Poorly designed product

The lower joint isn’t nearly strong enough, and after just a few weeks, the arm stopped staying elevated above the neutral position. Don’t recommend.
