Works very well, the car I was driving doesn't have Android Auto and it worked very well with my cell phone.

Little disappointed in this device you can not seem to tighten it down in certain angles and I have a very light iPhone. I would suggest getting the model with flexible arm with more range of motion.

Not a good fit as installed it hid my windshield minimized view

Once it came out of dashboard, adhesive is no longer working. In order to replace it, you have to order it online, not through Best Buy and it is not convenient.

After the last month of the second month, it starts making noise and the product starts cracking.

This mount is absolutely worthless! I really don't understand how so many people love this so much because I can't put my phone in it without the dang thing falling apart. The ball mount makes it easy to adjust the positioning; however, the socket part that attaches to the ball is way too loose and the instant I put my phone in the mount it falls apart. I was really hopeful for a good dash mount as the windsheild mount I have and love doesn't stick in sub-zero temps...unfortunately this was not the answer.

I do not recommend this product. It did not stick to my dash or hold my phone. Missed the return window now I’m stuck with a piece of junk.

Sturdy construction and very versatile. It holds my Sony Xperia XZ1 Compact phone in place very well.

It was holding up great but when it under heat from the car being parked, the glue under the device peeled off and i could no longer stick to dashboard. No replacement stickers.

I have an Apple 11 smart phone. This product is not capable of holding the cell phone. The phone is too heavy for the device. In addition, the pad to be utilized to attach to the dash does not stick enough to hold the device….

Needed this for work and it didn’t disappoint. Mounted excellently and firmly on my dashboard.

Had to return it, it did not stick properly and was not adjustable it felt that it stretched out.

I have a Google Pixel 6 Pro phone and the suction cup loosens and causes my phone to fall off every time I try to mount it. Pure garbage and a waste of money..I can't find the box and am going to have to try and rig something up. I'm thinking industrial strength Velcro instead of the suction cup.

Horrible. The device won’t stay “stuck” to the base that attaches to windshield or dashboard.

Doesn’t stick to my dashboard. The piece made for the dash was never sticky enough to hold the weight. Waste of $20

The base did not stick to well attaching it to the stick base so I was left to attach it to the windshield. Not ideal

I put it on my dash everything was fine but when i put my phone it kept falling down, it good but not it.

I live in Alabama. Bought this at the Montgomery store and attached it to my windshield per instructions. After a few warm days the clear "adhesive pad" or whatever it is turned to runny goop that took 2-3 hours of scraping and cleaning to get off my windshield. I can't believe the manufacturer would not take heat into account when it is being mounted on a windshield where it will be exposed to sunlight. Do not buy.

Ive bought 2, one broke and the other lost stickiness very quickly.

I have had several of these over the years and this brand has never let me down.
