This product is not capable of holding the cell phone. The phone is too heavy for the device. In addition, the pad to be utilized to attach to the dash does not stick enough to hold the device….

Thank you for your feedback and sorry to learn about the trouble with the suction cup adhesive on your Easy One Touch 5 Dash & Windshield Mount.
Although this is not common, there are some instances where extremely high temperatures can affect the suction cup, and in most cases it can be restored by rinsing the suction cup with warm water and then letting it air dry.
We would like to make this right. Please contact our customer satisfaction team directly at cs@iottie.com and we'll replace your suction cup under our 2 year warranty, so that you can continue to mount safely.

Alright and overpriced

The suction & base plate combo will not work for most dashes because they aren't flat enough. Next best thing is mounting on front glass but like I said, you'll look like an uber driver

Wouldn’t work with Otterbox
