Customer Ratings & Reviews

Thanks to best buy for product recommendations. Very steardy and comfortable to use.

Love how easy it is to put your phone. Just press and it locks itself. Easy to install. I put mines on the windshield and hasn’t come off on these pothole city streets

I mounted on my dash I like the one rich feature where it closes on the phone without me having to close the arms. I like having the option to put on the windshield. I have it mounted vertically so I can watch the road. The suction cup has come off when driving I think it may be user error though. The knobs to extend and tighten the arm position had me a bit confused. I still have to play around with more to see if it’s just me or the design needs improvement. Overall I am pleased with it.

I ended up returning this phone mount because it just wasn’t the right fit for my needs. While it seemed well made and the installation was straightforward, I wasn’t satisfied with how it worked in my vehicle. It didn’t provide the placement or stability I was looking for, so I decided to go with a different mount instead. That said, the build quality seemed solid, and I can see it working well for others depending on their dashboard or windshield setup. It simply wasn’t the best option for me.

I haven't had this product long, but so far it has been great. It was very easy to install. It seem to be quite solidly attached to my dash, and it works great. It's all good so far.

Works great. Holds the phone well and secure. good for hands free driving.

Great Value for Price. Fits any part of dashboard and windshield. Easy to adjust.

It holds perfect, actually have 2 one in each car & great price for it also.

Easy to set up. Multiple points that you can adjust. Well made. Able to mount it in different locations. Holder is split to allow charging from mount.

Easy-to-use works as advertised stay solid on the mount

Easy to mount. Holds my GPS with ease. Stays on windshield & doesn’t fall off like others I’ve had

This is a solid unit...I had an earlier version which lasted for many years before it needed retiring. Ergonomically, this version is better; holds my phone securely; also releases the phone very easily - i.e. one handed. Depending on how you have the 'arm' positioned there will be some vibration on bumpy roads. I solved this issue by sliding a small square of foam underneath the lower clamp 'fingers.

Bought this for the newest driver of the family. This is the second one of this style from iOttie that I have purchased. these mounts hold really well to the windsheld or at least for us they do. It is able to support an iphone 11 with extended battery pack case. It is mounted to the windshield and is pointed downward and still holds the phone tightly after 18 months. This one so far is attached in other car and has not come loose yet either. Will buy again

Excellent phone mount. Can be adjusted to any angle you need and it still holds my Note 20 with no issues.

Very flexible, easy adjustments, sticks well except on my dashboard, glass, and flat weighed pad. Liked it so much brought a second one for my wife's vehicle.

Bought this because my wife prefers using Waze to the in car nav. She has an iPhone 12 Pro Max, which is a big phone, and this mount holds it firmly. I was initially concerned about the mount coming unstuck from the window and the phone breaking but, wow! This thing stays put! It can also be mounted on the dash if that’s what you prefer and it telescopes out if you want the phone a little closer to you. All in all a good purchase, I’d definitely recommend the iOttie 5.

Sticks to the window real well. Comes with it's own sticky plate to stick to the dash if you'd rather. It is fairly rigid so when placing make sure you have it facing the way you want or you may end up with it pointing an odd direction and have to reseat it. It holds my phone firmly and probably my most favorite feature is that there's a little slot for you to slide your charging cable into so it's out of the way or off the floor.

First, what i like is its easy to use and has a good grip. What could be improved is the phone holding sometimes goes little side ways.

Very happy with this product. It is easy to assemble and sturdy. Highly recommend

Have bought 2 now, one for my truck and one for my car. I find this one perfect as you don’t have to pinch it to pull the phone out you just have to pull the phone off.
