Numerous other staff is willing to help in their individual area of expertise, and humble enough to direct to a staff member to help also if not sure of a technological solution for you. Actually, Brian helped on this purchase and answered numerous questions unrelated to this purchase setting my Semi with various technical challenges, Thanks, Brian... Kevin VInt
