I have attempted to swap it out in hope that it was defective but it is actually the design of the charger. Not that great.

Totally Disappointed

Great Wireless Charger

I have a simple case for my iPhone 12 Pro and although it held without the added metal to attaché to the case it did not hold firmly. Once I added the enclosed self adhevise medal, it holds like a dream.

I bought this because the worker said it was the best one there. It is a pile up junk. Please do not waste your money like I did!
