    The base lost its gel sticking strength when I left out local weather to drive to Bakersfield. It would droop forward and my phone would fall off. I returned and the gel solidified again. I am requesting a replacement as I’m hoping it’s just a defective model.

    The managet is a bit short so can be awkward to find a spot on your dash that doesn't block a vent or clock when phone is attached. I can't speak for other phones but the magnet is not strong enough to hold a Google pixel 7, my phone will fall while simply driving down the interstate without hitting any bumps or turns, it's like it just slips off

    I bought this to go hands free but my phone only fits upside down when I have it placed on my windshield. I have a iPhone XR and didn’t want the magnet to interfere with wireless charging so I placed it lower on my case. I am still able to use wireless charging
