I own an Iphone Xs Max which is the phone this was purchased for. The holder comes with two magnet squares that go in between your phone case and the holder itself. A larger one and a smaller lower profile one. Attaching the holder is fairly simple with a suction cup type method to the glass of your windshield or the vinyl dashboard itself. I had no issues attaching the holder itself to my vinyl dashboard but the phone does not stay stable on the holder. I am using the larger of the two magnets on the back of my phone case to make contact but it will easily over power the holder and cause the phone to fall. Should mention the holder also comes with a protective piece of plastic to put over the magnet in your case to protect your phone backing. Overall not that impressed with this for my particular phone as it does not seem hold the xs max well at all. I think a smaller phone would work just fine but if you have a large phone I would look elsewhere.

Super easy to use. I like that it comes with 2 different magnetic plates to put on your phone or inside your phone case. The base is super strong and holds the phone really well on the dash of my car. My only issue is \using wireless charging. I prefer the magnetic plate to be in the middle of my phone but that interferes with wireless charging. So I have to find a way to resolve that. I have to attach the plate to my case and then take my case on and off in order to use wireless charging. or move the plate really high up the phone but that is not where I would like it. I really like this device and how it holds my phone up for me to see maps while driving.

I just installed it today and confirm that it's the easiest installation and the simplest. It is super convenient to just toss my phone up and remove it with ease. The magnetic hold is secure and I never have to worry about my phone. I can easily recommend this dash mount to anyone and will be recommending it to my family and friends.

I will admit I had doubts about this mount and the magnet being strong enough. So far, I'm proud to be wrong. The magnet is very strong and and I'm happy it doesn't have to glued to my phone or my case permanently. This phone mount could be the last one I use.

Discreet, magnet can mount inside an iPhone case. Suction is stable, mount is flexible, nice! Been using iOittie for all my iStuff for years...Bike, Car, Desk, etc....thx for the Support!

I mounted it on my dash and it was very sturdy. Now my phone no longer blocks my air vents. It's very secure and stylish. I definitely recommend this for anyone looking for a phone mount.

First thing I noticed about this one is how strong the magnet is. I put the magnet on the inside of my case and it still holds the phone secure on the base. Love having this in my car.

This is the best windshield mounts I have ever had. The magnets are Super Strong, The steel plates fit perfectly, it just works well for me. The grip on the windshield is perfect, its been on for 5 days in AZ sun and it's still on strong. If you want a window mount for your cell this is the one to get.

It's great but for some reason after 4 months or so. My phone doesn't stick to it. Idk if it was the magnet on my phone that doesn't want to make it stay but it was great for sorry time used
