It clips and tightens onto the vent into of just pushing into it. Very strong magnet too. And the inexpensive price tag makes it the perfect package! Literally everything i have been wanting!

I bought this becauss it will work for all the phones in my family. The hold is very strong and the phones are secure. The ring used on a larger phone has stayed put and not budged. Highly recommend

Had many of these mountains in the past and this one seems to work the best. What I lack about it is that it hooks onto the vent and then you can screw the toggle and tighten it well. Therefore when you take your phone on and off the whole thing doesn't come out of the vent

For the price this mount is amazing. It attaches securely to the vent of your choosing with a durable metal hook and rubber pad. Once tightened down the mount is solidly secured. Magnet is very strong definitely going to be hard to beat this mount for the price.

Seems well built and holds phone securely. Rated 4 stars because the magnet has to be placed on the outside of the phone case to work. Overall happy with it, but will have to replace the magnet when I replace the phone case :/

The way this things grabs on to the air vent is genius - way better design than those other models that attempt to "squeeze" on to the vent. This thing "hooks" on in a way that makes it impossible to fall off. Highly recommend.

The magnet is strong enough to hold my iPhone 17 Pro Max with no issues, but over time, the hook tends to loosen and eventually slip off the vent at times. Does not happen too often, but it's something to be aware of.

Love it... Great fit, no rattling, metal clip so should last longer without fear of plastic getting brittle and cracking, holsd the phone in place throughout my long commutes, and even a 1500 mile trip. Planning to buy another one for the second car.

This holder is great at holding the phone secure, but really limits the use of the vents on our 2015 Mazda CX-5. It makes it hard to adjust the vents the way we want. We ended up going with the dash mount model
