Don't waste your money

Based on your response, it sounds like the magnet / MagSafe Magnet on your phone or phone case is not strong enough. Have you tried applying the included MagSafe ring on your phone or case? Before anything, have you tried:
- Massage the suction cup while warm water is running.
- Adding a small amount of warm water onto the suction cup before applying it to the desired area
- Wiping the desired area with a wet cloth, and letting it dry before applying the suction cup

Excellent phone mount

Saw this one and figured to give it a try. Price is good and quality is good and sticks to windshield well. The arm extends for better reach and magnet is solid. Definitely recommend.

My name is Andrew, and it would by my pleasure to help you solve your query.
Have you tried:
- Adding a small amount of warm water onto the suction cup before applying it to the desired area
- Wiping the desired area with a wet cloth, and letting it dry before applying the suction cup
Note: The suction cup should be a bit sticky, as it will help hold it in place.
Also, if your dashboard is a bit curved, try applying it to a flatter and less textured surface. If that works, the Dashboard Pad might be a viable option.

To mount securely to the dashboard, place the dashboard pad onto the dashboard and allow it to sit for 30 minutes before installing the mount (clear gel suction cup).
PLEASE NOTE: If you have a leather dashboard please mount on your windshield for a stronger hold. You can mount the suction cup directly onto the windshield.

The kit comes with everything you would need to mount it to your dashboard too, or to add magsage to a device that doesn't have it with the adapter ring.

Really prefer this as it doesnt freeze or heat up my phone since it is no longer on the air vent. Sticks really good. Stable in rough roads, doesnt sway. Strong magnets. And comfortable positions.

I went over multiple potholes and speed bumps and the mount felt very stable and didn't wobble around unlike other magnetic car mounts I've used so far. Very happy with my purchase:)

HORRIBLE

It had a 15 day return policy. And don’t even bother going directly to the company I was completely shocked how unprofessional they were they could’ve cared less I have the receipt it was in my Best Buy account so that didn’t matter either. It was like literally 29 days.
