Not Durable

Not a good permanent solution. Magnet was fine though only twice has the phone fallen on a bump. YMMV on a stiffer suspension. 1 star for quality as it's crap. 1 star for value as I estimate it lasted 21 hours of driving which sucks for $25. 1 star for ease of use as you will ruin your dashboard for something that will last a few weeks at best or risk it falling off your windshield.

Starts out great, suction cup wears out fast

I wanted something a little more rigid so I bought this. At first it started out great, but after several months, the internal point where the suction cup attaches to the mount gets "loose" and the arm starts to wiggle/rotate around the suction cup. The suction cup is strong and hasn't released, but the wiggling is annoying. This may be due to heat, but regardless, the one I use to have never had this issue.

Fell off after a month and a half

I would just get one that’s snaps onto the vent

Broke in 2 weeks

The heat from the NM/TX sun kept making the suction seal fail so I was constantly having to put it back on. The latch for the suction cup snapped pped off.
