it was easy to install and holds my galaxy 7 well.

I find some how dust gets under the claps and it slips of other then that it works

Its a nice product, however slides of the vent easy when you remove your phone.

Should be more clear in the instruction. The grip is not as expected

Doesn't allow wireless charging because of the metal plate.

Didn’t like that I had to attach a magnet to phone

I bought this because I use my GPS alot and was hoping this would help me keep my phone mounted. The magnet are being held up by a sticker. The weight of everything can not hold this up with a sticker. Needless to say I think this is a useless product! It does not work

I have an iPhone 8s with Sahara case - which granted is bit heavy. Magnet on this mount holder was not strong enough to stop phone sliding down and falling off. Returned for another mount that included a pull out platform for phone to rest on.

This product looks great and is simple to use but unfortunately most AC vents in cars these days are made of plastic and will not support the weight of a phone when attached to the holder.

Clip doesn’t stay attached to vent, and magnets aren’t very strong/compatible with Otterbox unless you use the magnet for the exterior of the case, which makes the case look hideous.

I don’t know whether it’s a product of the roads in Cincinnati or that this thing doesn’t hold very well but while driving around town on street with potholes I have a hard time getting the clip to stay connected to my vent clip

Dont waste your money. Far to small for today's size phones. The magnet is weak and the clips for the the vents dont hold very well. All in all a very big bag of disappointment

Magnetic falls off case within days. I followed instructions and cleaned case properly. I almost got into a car accident when my phone fell and hit my knee. Need better adhesive material.

A bit disapointed. I have a note 9 w oter box cover and phone has fallen off a couple of times. I order another mag holder else where that adv a stronger magnet. Also wireless chg does not work with metal insert inside cover.

This car vent phone Holder has some issues. The magnet is OK but the holder doesn't fit tight enough onto the vent slats. Also, the weight of the phone pulls the slats down making adjustment difficult. Cannot recommend. ..!

This is just ok. The magnet it’s strong enough to hold well through my case. It also doesn’t stay on my vent. I constantly have to keep pushing it back in.

Was not happy with this item. When it came time for me to remove the adhesive plate that I put on the back of my phone, I couldn't. It was permanently stuck.

The clerk said it would probably work for my new iPhone XR, but I believe the phone is too heavy to work adequately. The magnetic device falls out of the vent with the phone without the car even moving.

It wouldn’t work with my phone case because of the ridges on it. If my case was smooth it would’ve have worked just fine.
