I would not recommend this product. The magnets do not hold the phone on the vents. I bought one at Walmart that has expandable arms for 4.95 that works great.

My son got this and it didn’t really work he took it back almost immediately and just got a refund, not sure if he installed correctly or not!

Magnetic holders never seem to function well as the phone keeps sliding down and often off the magnet completely.

This mount does not hold the phone well again especially in the otter box case. The phone fell when I hit bumps in the road

does not hold the weight of the larger smart phones very well

Bought this product about 2 months ago and worked fine up until phone fell off with magnet stayed on and the glue holder.

I have a Samsung Note with protective case and this phone is too heavy to hold with the magnet. I will be returning it.

It’s too hard to separate magnetic pieces. My wife bought a different model ehixh was mounted and magnetic in minutes.

Looks cool but very disappointed it wasn’t exactly for the phone case I had.

I used for 3 days and it lost the glue and fell on the floor

Waste of money tried several places in car vent . the magnet isn`t strong enough.hard turn .stops even slow ones cause phone to drop may work better with a light phone i have note 9 the steel disc also interferes with induction charging so if you have this the charger wont work at all or just intermittently

Make a stronger magnet that will last longer and hold a big plus phone

Wow, this thing sticks. I own a Nexus 6 and it's probably one of the top 5 heaviest phones on the market weighting in at 190 grams. This magnetic mount have no issues holding up the phone. I tried swinging and twisting my arms to get the mount off but the phone is held on tight The phone definitely won't fall off while driving. I also own magnetic mounts from other manufacturers and this one is much better designed because it uses a spring clip mechanism (somewhat like clothes clips) instead of just friction mounting, which sometimes slide get loose and slide off as you go over rough roads. Overall it just works. Easy to assemble, use, and have no parts that can fail.

Simple to use although design quality should definitely be improved.

Holds phone, but sticks to phone every time you remove it.

I removed my otterbox case from my IPHONE and put the metal disk on the back and then put the otterbox back on and the magnet wasn't strong enough to hold the phone. if I didn't have an otterbox case on the iphone it would have worked great, but I need a case on my phone.

I wasn’t aware that it required a magnetic backing to work. I didn’t not want my case or phone to have a permenant backing stuck to it. Had to return.
