The iOTTie was the only product that desirable to me from the website that I could pick up in store and was in stock the same day. Also, the magnetic ones, despite not being heavy-duty are sleek, portable and compact which makes it futuristic as if the phone is levitating. I like them especially this one because the plastic sticker on the back protects my phone surface during removal.

This vent mount system has a small footprint. It manages to stay small even when it's mounted in the air vent. It has very strong magnets which allows you to connect the phone to the holder in either landscape or portrait mode.

So much safer to have my phone in my clear view to see the google maps!

This is the second one I have purchased. I do recommend using the larger magnet but putting it inside your phone case. It holds the phone strongly but allows you to pull it off without removing the clamp from your vent.

I have a magnetic phone holder in my car and its got a huge suction cup mounted to my dash. Whenever I drive the husband’s vehicle I forget to grab it or i’m stuck mounting it on the center of the windshield which limits visability. I love this vent mount because I can still use my phone for directions and I can see who is calling so I can answer phone calls through the bluetooth in the car. Adding a metal plate to the back of multiple phones means whoever is driving can be hands free and safe. I srongly recommend setting up you directions and ckicking go before pulling out into traffic. The husband needs the sound on so Siri can tell him when to turn. I just follow the directions on the screen, it also gives me an idea what kind of traffic patterns I’m getting into.

This is a very good car phone holder. However, the clip is a bit hard to squeeze to clip onto the car vent. My wife actually has to use both hands as the spring for the clip is really strong. I guess because of that it holds onto the vent really well. Other than that, remains to be seen if this will last or if it'll mess up the vent grill eventually.

My first vent mount and very pleased. The magnets are quite strong and the metal plates do the job well. Portrait or landscape holds just fine, even when going over high parking lot speed bumps and rough roads.
