The magnet gets weak after about 6 months and starts dropping your phone on the floor while you're driving charger doesn't work anymore. I don't recommend you by this.

The magnet is not strong enough. The included charger is not powerful enough. I have literally lost battery power while navigating with it.

Had it a couple months, works fine. It’s annoying they require 50 characters minimum, I just want the $400 gift card.

I loved this product at first, it was great. Got into my car one evening put it on the charger and it would not charge. Tried different outlets in my car… still nothing. Not happy that i paid for a product and it stopped working after only 1 year.

This is an overall good wireless-charging magsafe car mount. About the only complaint I could have for it is that the ball joint is not adjustable--you cannot tighten it down. You can experience a bit of drift with heavier devices but it's generally fine. Some may complain that it doesn't charge fast enough, but even with a power-hungry device it kept it topped off during long trips with constant screen and GPS use.

Must have for long trips and commuting. I believe this thing saves lives since you have your gmaps and everything at the right height so you can follow directions without taking your eyes away from the road. Best,

I bought this product since it was pretty nice that its wireless. But it is not fasr charging at all. It was doing the opposite for my phone. I was losing battery! It was frustrating, because even if I dont use it for google maps or/and music. My phone battery still goes down.

Easy to install. Magnet seems to be strong enough.

Have looked for a windshield mount that will hold my phone properly. If I make a short turn or do something unexpected, it flys off and lands by my feet where it can't be reached safely. This one has a magnetic hold land my phone attaches and stays there!

ACTUALLY WORKS!! I struggled to find a phone mount that extended, was magnetic, and charged my phone. Others I tried always had an issue or didn't work. I love this product, well worth the money!

Returned within 24 hours of purchase. The MagSafe does not grab ahold of the phone as well as I would like it to. I have iPhone 15 Pro Max, a bump will drop the phone off MagSafe. I have Zagg magnetic case on it. Even drops without the case too. I'm sticking with the iOttie AutoSense Wireless mount.

It is a great mount and it charges my iPhone 14 Pro Max in about 2 hours, it is not negative for me because I drive long distances, but don’t expect to have your phone charged in half hour. I’ve been driving everywhere and my phone doesn’t even have movement!
