The agent changed the battery and put screen shield on the iPhone. Two agents and both pleasant were pleasant.

Scheduling was a bit of a think but the work completed was good. Cost was good. Just hated having to plan so far in advance and stand in line to see squad members. Also the lead time on the battery was not initially shared and I felt was a long time. Why are batteries not in stock? or at least an overnite item, not more than 7 days.

Geek Squad was very thorough and explained the process and how long it would take. Great service. Genuine Apple battery life drains slower than the knockoff batteries for the iPhone Xr l.

I had a replacement battery for my iphone. The agent was very helpful and knowledgeable about the product.

Had my I Phone 6s Battery replaced by Best Buy Mid Rivers. Apple said they are a 3rd party authorized repair facility. I called Best Buy and received a same day appointment. Phone took about 1 hour to replace battery. Cost was $31 including tax. Great service, Friendly and very Knowledgeable. I dealt with a Agent Hill from the Geek Squad. He was by far the best customer service person I have dealt with for a LONG time

Overall the Geek squad did a great job. The one issue was it took me a week to get that phone. Setting up an appointment was easy but then I had to wait an extra 2 days before I could pick up the phone. Because of scheduling issues. It would be great if they could fix that.

The Geek squad was great. Tested the battery quickly. They determined I needed a new one. They explained everything in a language I could understand. They did the work in timely fashion. Definitely get your iPhone checked for an infected battery and definitely have the Geek Squad do it.

Had my battery in my iPhone 6 replaced before the end of 2018 because the price of $29 instead of $79. Best Buy is now certified to work on Apple product so no need to drive to the Apple store. The battery replacement was quick and professional. It took about an hour to replace. I am glad I was able to get this done as the phone was running a bit slow. Plus I got it i. Before the price change.

Geek Squad fit me in when the Apple Store would not respond, and didn’t have time. Dropped off my phone, and returned within an hour and my phone was back to running performant while lasting several days. Highly recommended.

Needed a new battery for my old iPhone 6 and there was no apple store close by so Best Buy was gonna be it. They finished replacing the battery in about 30 minutes but told me 60 minutes just in case. Either way, it worked out for me. iPhone worked much better with new battery.

Geek squad took the time to walk me through possible outcomes starting with best to worst after they evaluated the issues, during a very busy day-Black Friday. Diagnostics showed able to keep my phone going with a battery replacement. Phone lasted until I could upgrade.

My iphone battery would not keep a charge for quite some time! The geek squad replaced it and now I don't have that problem any more! I am so glad I didn't have to replace my iphone! The geek squad is so friendly and always know how to solve any problem you have!
