    the agent told me they replaced with oem battery from apple, i got the iphone 7 after a week, then i test it for a day but battery life drain so fast that my old iphone with maximum capacity of 87% last longer than 100% iphone 7.

    Couldn't replace battery

    After 2 hours, they finally said they couldn't change the battery because there was evidence of water damage. My phone worked fine - no issues due to water (I didn't even know there was water damage!). The battery issue was picked up by the iOS that indicated a battery issue - decreased life and not able to charge fully. Even though they did nothing, my phone still works fine.

    Never worked as proper replacement

    The battery in this phone failed almost immediately after replacement. It never worked properly. Battery swelled within days and product has been sitting in storage.

    A month after I replaced my battery it began expanding on its own and changing the shape of my phone. Battery worked worse than before. I thought replacing the battery will allow me to keep this a backup or travel phone... but that’s not the case. I would’ve been better off if I used it as a trade in. Once again Best Buy geek squad is crap!

    My 6s battery was compromised - lasting 5 hours at the most replaced for $29 and honestly didn’t see much of a difference - can’t be without my phone so traded in for the X r superior phone in every way .

      Hey there! Congrats on your new phone! Although, I'm sure that having to upgrade after your replacement battery didn't work was not a great feeling. I'm sorry to hear that the new battery didn't work out for you. Sometimes with older phones, the newer operating systems can be a bit too much and use the battery up quicker than the newer, more efficient models.

    Had to go into the store three times, always out of batteries... got some faulty advice from the geek squad that almost ruined my phones trade in value. Not a good experience

    Very bad experience. My phone wasn’t sent to Apple for about 2 weeks. I was supposed to get my phone after 7 days but I got it back after 33days and it wasn’t repaired. Apple said they sent me a message because they discovered a problem that wasn’t stated but no one contacted me.

    My phone was losing battery so fast so I got the replacement scheduled. Worked great for about a month now lucky to get 2 hours on a full charge not even using the phone. 30 minutes of talk time or streaming.

    Thought a new battery would extend my iphone 7 battery life. It did not help. It seems like im getting less now. Wish i did not do it

    Will never visit that location again! I guess lots of guest have bad experience at that location after reading reviews online! If I will only return to Best Buy if I have to However will never use my Best Buy card again rude!!!!! Geek squad blamed Apple for everything it was actually Best Buy and I am writing Apple to let them know

    Dropped off phone 5:00 pm 3/18. Was told would call when done. (This eve or next morning) At 1:30 today still getting message it will be assigned to an agent for repair. Now on hold waiting to talk to a person. On hold 29 min. Finally drove to store.

    We had Best buy replace iphone 6s batteries on 3 of our phones. They didn't even last a year

    I changed the battery in april,, I'm seeing battery issues now. charging is not even lasting more than 4 hours. disappointed.
