Very poor service
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Made an appointment to replace battery in my iphone 11. Then they call me and tell me they only replace batterries on 12 s and above. But to call another Best Buy because they could do it. Huh!

Geek squad charged more than quoted
