The new battery for my iPhone 6 made it perform like new. Smoother operation and not having to charge it every night. It now lasts up to 3 days without recharging.

Great battery and installed by the pro’s at Best Buy.

I'm rating my experience with Geek Squad at a 3 star ONLY because after 3 appointments, someone was finally able to complete our IPhone replacement transaction. The first 2 appointments were complete failures as there was a "glitch" in the system and they said they could not submit the paperwork. It took 3 appts, 3 trips, 2 different Best Buys and over a month before a someone figured out a way around the glitch. Not sure I'll use them in the future.

I was scared to get a replacement battery but it works just as well as the original.

I took advantage of the iPhone battery replacement at BB and it couldn’t be easier. Made the appointment on the Apple website, set a time, and dropped off my phone. Less than 18 hours later it was ready to go. The only nuisance, and why I’m giving it 4 stars, is that you have to make another appointment on the Apple website to pick the phone back up. That came as a surprise and I should of been advised when I dropped it off.

Seemed to have helped my battery life alittle more. I have iphone 6s+

Wasn't allowed to use my Best Buy reward certificate

We were right in on our scheduled time and the rep replaced the battery with in the allotted time, will def use the services again.

The phone was returned not cleaned and I did not sense there was a general overview of the phone itself. The battery was replaced and that’s it. The phone didn’t operate correctly after and the screen was very non responsive after. I ended up trading it in at the Apple Store the next day so $100 for the battery down the drain.

They are really rude at front desk the guy with white skin browns hairs and specs , he was sooo rude and even he broke my tempered glass and he was still behaving very very rude ! I will never ever visit best buy in entire life and I already report this to APPLE LEADERSHIP TEAM

I got my iphone battery replacement done at best buy . They did their job right in time manner. since they installed new battery its work fine.

The technician replace our batteries in a couple hours and perfect work. If it was done by Apple store would have to wait for weeks.

The agents replaced my iphone 6S battery with ease. It extended the life of the phone and stayed charged.

I dropped my phone off and was told it would be ready by 4. I returned at 4 only to find the representative busy with a customer. After about 10 minutes waiting I approached her about my pickup and she responded with a rather curt answer that I should wait until she was done. I could hear people talking in the shop but nobody came out. I then approached the manager on duty and she went into the shop and came out with a tech who informed me that they could not complete the repair because they were not able to remove the security screws. As far as I’m concerned this experience is a complete failure of customer service. The only saving grace is that the manager was very courteous and apologetic. I guess I’ll have to take it to the Apple Store since your techs are not up to the simple task of removing screws.

Phone battery wouldn’t last 2 hrs. New one is working great

A bit pricey but worth it. I received a follow up call after they fixed it. It only took a day. That was nice.
