I went in to get my battery replaced for my phone and the service went smoothly despite my phone screen coming off during the process. It took at least an hour, which was faster than I first expected.

The customer service was excellent and the services was very fast! I was told that my screen protector may be damaged in the process but nothing was damaged! They did everything possible to return my phone in great condition with a new battery.

A good certified service center. The battery for my phone was not in stock, so I ordered a battery for my iPhone 13 Pro. Within a week they received the battery and contacted me. The next day I left my phone at the service center. The battery replacement was completed in about 2.5 hours. After the repair, the phone holds a charge much better. I’m very satisfied with the repair and the service. Highly recommend.

Best Buy had the apple battery I needed on hand. It took 3 times to go to best buy before I was able to get it installed. I didn't mind that it took a few days to do, but I did not like driving an hour each way to get there when I had an appointment and it was not honored. The actual installation went well and I am happy with having a "new" phone. The photos and settings were kept.

Great service. I got my battery replaced in my iphone mini. It was not expensive. Service was same day. My phone works so much better now. I really appreciate that Best Buy could update my phone so that I do not have to get a new one. Highly recommend!
