I got my iphone battery replacement done at best buy . They did their job right in time manner. since they installed new battery its work fine.

The technician replace our batteries in a couple hours and perfect work. If it was done by Apple store would have to wait for weeks.

The agents replaced my iphone 6S battery with ease. It extended the life of the phone and stayed charged.

A bit pricey but worth it. I received a follow up call after they fixed it. It only took a day. That was nice.

While I do appreciaate that the Geek Squad took responsability for the damage to the screen, it has been 2 weeks and neither Best Buy nor Apple can tell me how long I have to wait on a new screen. Apple doesn't even show that a part is on order. I have made multiple trips and calls without finding anyone who can actually help. I think I'd been better off in the mall.

New battery lasted much better than the old one. It is a shame that they slow down with time forcing you to either replace the battery or purchase a new phone.

The Geek Squad did such a good job replacing my battery. I made an appointment and they were right on time!

Registered online for a battery replacement and screen replacement. When we got there at our appointed time, we still had to wait in line like the time didn't matter. And they didn't even know why we were there, so the tech had to check to see if they had the right battery and screen for an iPhone 6S Plus, all of which had been specified in the scheduling. Fortunately, they had both in stock. It was 45 minutes before close (6pm early close due to Coronavirus), so he didn't think he could get it done before they closed. So, we left, planning to come back the next day when they opened. At 3 minutes till 6p, we got a text message that phone was ready to pick up. We came at opening the next day and picked up the phone. There were no problems with the replacements, and no data had been lost. All in all the service we received was good, but the scheduling process definitely needs a lot of work.

My iphone 6 was freezing and was totally sluggish and after replacing the battery it was like I had a new phone. Thank you Geek Squad!!!
