Needed a battery replaced for my mom's phone - the service was quick, efficient and now her battery is lasting all day long again!

GENUINE APPLE PRODUCT IS EXCELLENT. THE PRICE WAS LESS THAN EXPECTED.

I needed a new battery replacement for my older iPhone 6. Upon inspection, they weren't able to replace the battery due to Apple's physical battery security mechanism breaking, so GeekSquad had to send out for a replacement phone (for just the price of the battery replacement!). It arrived within a couple days, faster than the expected 3-4 days. Worked as intended. It even comes with a renewed 12 month AppleCare+ warranty to boot! Very satisfied with how everything turned out.

Geek Squad was very helpful and had two batteries available! fast and friendly service now I don't have to charge my phone every 3 hours.

I scheduled a battery replacement for my phone. I showed up, paid, left my phone with them, and was told to return about three hours later. When I returned, they were really cagy and weird and said they needed until the next afternoon for the replacement. I needed the phone for the morning for a work trip, so I asked if I could just have it back and bring it back another time. At that point they admitted that they had stripped the screws trying to get into the phone. I was frustrated and tried to talk with them about options, but they essentially told me to kick rocks. The manager was rude and dismissive and the whole experience was really disappointing. I ended up contacting Apple while sitting in the parking lot outside. This was an older iPhone and any warranties or coverage had long expired, so I didn't expect much, but I wanted them to know that their "certified" techs sucked. Long story short, I ended up with a brand new iPhone 16 for free from Apple. I didn't push or demand or anything. Like I said, my goal was for Apple to know how terrible Best Buy was. Apple ended up going way above and beyond in their customer care. Literally the polar opposite of Best Buy. I would absolutely not go here (Harrisonburg, VA Best Buy) for apple service.

Apple set up the replacement with Best Buy and went perfect. Now my iPhone battery last a lot longer. Best Buy did a good job.

My agent was great. The problem was my order got cancelled. I tried to call & you can’t get a person in the store so I had to make an appointment & had to wait when I got there & was told my order somehow had been cancelled. I had already payed, Agent had to make new order & I had to leave my phone for a couple of hours. Took 12 days altogether, was originally old it would be 2-3 days.

iPhone 6 battery went out and the geek squad was able to repair it causing it to work like new. No problems whatsoever.

Setup an appointment and then came in for the appointment and only took about an hour. Not too bad.
