They agent changed the battery, explained everything to me, also changed the screen protector for me. They were very pleasant & friendly.

An Apple customer care representative made an appointment for us to have a battery replaced done on my sons iPhone. The replacement didn’t go as planned and the geek squad told me I had to go to an Apple store to get the battery replaced. So the next day we went to the Apple store only to learn that the Best Buy geek squad did not do the battery replacement correctly. We spent a tremendous amount of time on this and after I wrote a review the manager of the geek squad in Doral called me to apologize and offer me a refund which I never received. I left messages for him but he never returned the call. Today I went into the store And he was not there and the manager that helped me didn’t really help me. This store has lost my business forever over $29. It sure would be nice for the Geek Squad manager to refund me the $29 like he said he would way back when but I am not holding my breath. If you are looking for good customer service, this isn’t the store to go to.

Replaced iPhone battery in the $29 replacement program. The service was fine, but I was upset I needed to go back twice. They called me to schedule the work, and even sent me reminders. When I arrived they put me through the check-in process, then realized they didn’t have the battery in stock. I had to go back the following week.

Well, they replaced the screen. What else can I say. I received no hugs or kisses. But, the screen was replaced.

Geek squad made this upgrade so easy and very reasonably priced. Great job!

This is a great way to extend the life of your older iPhone 6 series. Perfect for my daughter - effectively a 29$ hand-me-down “new” phone.
