The Geek Squad replaced my iPhone battery quickly. I had called to set up an appointment; the technician was available on schedule; the battery was replaced and phone returned on time. Very much appreciated.

My mothers phone was starting to die as soon a you unplugged it from the charger. Apple suggested I take it in since there is not an apple store anywhere near my area. Took it in and got it back in way less time than they said it'd be ready!

The guys were awesome! They were a cohesive team behind the counter and taking care of the customers with ease. Great to see and replaced my battery with no issues or changes to the phone. On time too.

My phone wouldn’t make it more than a few hours without a charge. Replaced battery and good as new. Now i don’t have to drop $700 for a new phone. If it gets me another year I’ll be happy. Service was quick and courteous.

Best Buy was able to get a new battery for my iPhone in stock extremely quickly--faster than any Apple store. The service took about an hour tops and was extremely pain-free. Would recommend to anyone who wants their old iPhone working like new.

Made appointments for two iPhone 6S+ battery replacements. Both were on time and one unit the technician found another issue which was approved by Apple for repair at no charge to the customer. Very happy with the service.

Great, quick service. Needed to get my battery on my iPhone 6 replaced, and geek squad was on the job. They ran some diagnostics and addressed the issue quick. Received a notification as soon as it was done. Phone is back to running 100%

The Geek Squad really took their time on my iPhone 6S Plus with the battery replacement. For only $29 they took the phone apart, replaced the battery, re-sealed the screen, and cleaned out all of the ports. It looks brand new again.

Came in to get my iPhone battery replaced. Was able to get an appointment same day and two hours later walked out with a brand new phone. So happy they offer Apple servicing at Best Buy. Would come back for any iPhone related issues.

I took 3 iphones for battery changes. It was very quick and the service rep was very helpful. The phones work great with new batteries. But, my account is only credited with one battery change. I hope it can be fixed.

I went to Best Buy to get my iPhone battery replaced. The technicians were very knowledgeable and they did a great job replacing the battery. Batteries were in-stock and replacement time was roughly 45 minutes.

The Geek Squad members I interacted with in store at Best Buy, Jackson, TN were GREAT. Best Buy Customer Service Rep (BENJAMIN...not in store) was rude and unprofessional. There was a three week delay in repair.

My batter was dying pretty quickly during the day. I called Apple and got a replacement ordered and they shipped it to BB. BB did a great job of installing it with no issues. My battery has a noticeable improvement.

The phone needed to be left behind for the installation, but it did not take too long. Battery continues to perform well.

The agent fixed my screen and later after I told him replaced the battery. There was a delay in fixing it so I had to wait a few hours and I also got a screen protector put on that I was charged half price for. Ok service and ok phone.
