Great service

Was able to get an appointment same day and two hours later walked out with a brand new phone. So happy they offer Apple servicing at Best Buy. Would come back for any iPhone related issues.

I did three battery changes, but only got one :-(

The phones work great with new batteries. But, my account is only credited with one battery change. I hope it can be fixed.

The technicians were very knowledgeable and they did a great job replacing the battery. Batteries were in-stock and replacement time was roughly 45 minutes.

Amazing how much this has helped

I called Apple and got a replacement ordered and they shipped it to BB. BB did a great job of installing it with no issues. My battery has a noticeable improvement.
