Geek Squad was very nice. They repaired phone and I had it back within 2 hours. Emails were a bit confusing.

While I do appreciaate that the Geek Squad took responsability for the damage to the screen, it has been 2 weeks and neither Best Buy nor Apple can tell me how long I have to wait on a new screen. Apple doesn't even show that a part is on order. I have made multiple trips and calls without finding anyone who can actually help. I think I'd been better off in the mall.

The GeekSquad was efficient and quick with my iPhone battery replacement. It was nice to have an alternative to the Apple Store Genius Bar wait.

We bought a Samsung refrigerator and we have had such great luck with them in the past we generally don't buy an extended warranty. We bought the Geek Squad Protection Plan because Samsung does not have an authorized repair vendor in our city. Best Buy would provide service only if we bought the protection plan. It is a good comprehensive plan at a reasonable price so we bought it just so we are not left in a lurch if we need repairs.

I very much appreciate that Best Buy was able to install my new iPhone battery that was provided by Apple as it helped my iPhone to receive a longer charge.

The Geek squad associate did very good job on their job.

My Iphone battery had failed. Apple stores were to far away to go get it changed. The local Best Buy offered this service at a reasonable cost. The time to get it changed was less than 24 hrs, I recommend this service to anyone. The store personnel were friendly and helpful.

Did an excellent job on replacing my phone battery. Didn't see any evidence of a goof up and it came back exactly as is and a better battery life.

Best Buy service was pretty good, no issues. We arrived at store 1 hour ahead of our appointment, store service people was helpful, moved up our schedule. Less waiting time.

So worth the money to have a battery that lasts again! New phones are so expensive and the battery dying was the only problem with this one.
