I was seriously upset my battery on my iPhone suddenly stopped holding a charge and had little hope the Geek Squad could help. Was I wrong! The employee was available at my appointment time, explained exactly what he was going to do and how long it would take and then did it. In under the time promised and the best surprise? It was amazingly inexpensive. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

My daughter put the SIM card in the slot without the tray accidentally. I tried using a small safety pin to get the SIM card out but it was still stuck inside the phone. I brought it to Bestbuy Rego Park in Queens the staffs are very nice, especially Brian C was very patient. He used a small pin and paper clip to slide on either side of the card. Finally the SIM card was out of the slot. I really appreciate his help!

I went to best buy to have battery replacement. Next after the battery replacement I was having issues with my phone speaker & I came back to best buy only for them to say to take it to apple after battery replacement caused speaker issue. I learned my lesson to take my Apple products that I have to take it only to apple and not best buy. I came to best buy to ask for my money return. Not to mention when I arrived to best buy in advance I also reserved a time which took someone a while to come see me. In my opinion I think best buy should train there employees throughly so this situation does not happen to someone else.
