Poor customer service

I returned at 4 only to find the representative busy with a customer. After about 10 minutes waiting I approached her about my pickup and she responded with a rather curt answer that I should wait until she was done. I could hear people talking in the shop but nobody came out. I then approached the manager on duty and she went into the shop and came out with a tech who informed me that they could not complete the repair because they were not able to remove the security screws. As far as I’m concerned this experience is a complete failure of customer service. The only saving grace is that the manager was very courteous and apologetic. I guess I’ll have to take it to the Apple Store since your techs are not up to the simple task of removing screws.
