2 iPhone batteries replaced quickly

We had 2 separate appt. schedule but the lady agent didn't have an issue taking us both when we showed up. She patiently explained what needed to be done so we knew what to expect. She was thorough and methodical. We got our phones all fixed, cleaned and ready as promised.

Phone batteries - not honest when ordered.

As I was never contacted about their arrival nor given an appointment for their installation, I went in person & I waited 30 min. to find out they couldn't help. Then told I needed an Apple store appt. to do the job properly. NOT happy. However, money was quickly refunded.
